| At our 6000mē-large production facility
in Overpelt (B) we produce all the individual steel
components (columns, beams, connections,...).
For this, our workplace is equipped with the latest
CNC controlled sawing and drilling line, a CNC
controlled fire portal, a CNC punching/cutting machine
and the very latest welding equipment.

For the corrosion treatment of our steel
constructions we use our own automatic blasting and
robotised electrostatic spraying unit.
With this equipment, after the welding of the
individual steel construction components has been
completed they can be blasted (including the welded
joints) and sprayed in the required colour with the
required coat thickness, and this according to
prevailing legal standards and regulations.
This ensures our finished parts satisfy the
highest of quality requirements.
